Jewellum provides a 2 year guarantee on all of our jewellery products. This guarantee covers any manufacturing defects or issues that may arise with the product. However, we cannot be held responsible for any damages caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage. Additionally, please note that the colour of the product may vary slightly due to differences in lighting and monitor settings.

We advise all customers to read our care instructions carefully and follow them accordingly to maintain the quality and longevity of their Jewellum products. If taking care correctly for our jewellery you will be able to wear them even for 25 years.
