Materials, Products and Quality

  • Is your jewellery plated with real gold?

    Our jewelry is plated with Genuine 18 Karat Gold. We use latest PVD coating technology to ensure that our jewellery is scratch and water resistant.

  • Does your jewellery fade?

    Our jewellery base material is 316 Stainless Steel, coated using PVD vacuum coating technology, preventing scratches, fade and is resistant to water, heat, sweat and other elements. Our jewellery will not cause rashes or skin irritation.

  • Is your jewellery waterproof?

    Accidentally washed your jewellery? Not to worry! Our jewellery is 100% Waterproof, meaning you can hop in showers, baths, pools,sea or even have a workout while wearing it without having to worry about tarnishing or fading.

  • Does your jewelry turn your skin green?

    Green skin and other types of rashes are caused by jewellery which is made from zinc or other cheap alloys. We use premium 316 Stainless Steel for all of our jewellery, which does not cause harm to skin under any conditions.

  • How do I clean my jewellery?

    Even though our jewellery is waterproof and you can definitely shower or go swimming with it, we always recommend keep it clear of any moisture or contact with chemicals. Any piece of jewelry can be damaged with just poor wearing habits.

  • Got your jewelry dirty or want to get rid of fingerprints?

    No worries, you can easily wipe off any dirt or stains using a soft cloth and soap water. Dip your microfiber cloth in some lukewarm soapy water and apply soft pressure on your jewelry. Let your clean pieces dry off for a few minutes and it should look as good as new!

  • What kind of materials do you use?

    Gold and Rhodium All of our items are made from a 316L stainless steel metal with a 18k karat gold-plated layer. They are gold-plated using a strong PVD technique that ensures your pieces have an even layer of shiny gold all around. This technique lasts much longer than the widely used ‘flash-gold’ plating technique. Our rhodium items are looking same as pure silver jewellery, but are more durable and will be as new for longer than sterling silver. Freshwater pearls Our cultured freshwater pearls are sourced in South-East Asia. Did you know freshwater pearls grow in all kinds of lakes, ponds and rivers? The cultured part of the description means that the pearls are created with some human intervention. The pearls take approximately half a year to 2 full years to grow before carefully harvested. Each pearl is unique in shape, size and character. We take great pride in handcrafting your pearl necklaces as we tie and attach each part by hand! Natural gemstones Our gemstones are sourced from all over the world! All our birthstones come from a small little workshop in Jaipur (India) where a talented group of stone cutters work on the stones that you wear. We are very excited to work with them as they have many stones that we can choose to work with. This makes designing a lot of fun!

  • How should I store and clean my jewellery?

    We highly recommend that you store your jewellery in the Jewellum pouch we provide or the jewellery box. Please do not keep the jewelry in a humid environment (like a bathroom). Ideally you should store your pieces of jewelry separately, so that they don’t rub together or become tangled. For a light cleaning, gently polish your items with a soft, lint-free cloth to avoid scratching.

  • How do I take care of the items?

    To help protect the durability and the gold plating of your jewelry make sure to remove your jewelry when sleeping, during heavy exercising or taking showers and bathing. Particularly when swimming in the sea or a chlorinated swimming pool it is best to take off your pieces. Remember that a gold-plated layer lasts the longest when you keep it dry! Avoid spraying perfume, applying creams or any other liquids directly onto your jewelry. Keep your jewelry away from extreme temperatures, humidity or sunlight. Avoid wearing your jewelry when using bleach, cleaning products and other chemicals

  • Waterproof, but how ?

    The Gold PVD coating on our Atolea Jewelry guarantees that it is completely waterproof. You can wear your jewelry in the shower, to the gym and at the beach, they will never lose color !

  • Are your jewellery hypoallergenic ?

    All pieces are nickel-free and suitable for everyone with allergies or sensitive skin.

  • How long are the shipping times?

    Orders usually take 1-7 business days to arrive. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. For the most accurate delivery times, please check following the list.

  • How much does shipping cost?

    We offer Free Worldwide Tracked Shipping for all orders over $80 / £66 For paid shipping options, please refer to our shipping page here.

  • Where do you ship from?

    We ship from warehouse in USA, Latvia, UK and Spain.

  • Do you ship to my country?

    We ship to all countries worldwide, except for: Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Morroco and several others. To find out whether we can deliver your package, head to the checkout page.

  • Do I need to pay custom duties and taxes?

    Taxes are included in the price. We are not responsible for the rights, extra taxes and other import charges or costs.

  • How are the jewellery shipped ?

    Each jewellery is shipped in its individual gift bag. We ship in an eco-friendly packaging and we also include free stickers with every order.

Cancelations, Returns and Warranty

  • Do you provide warranty?

    Yes, all of our jewelry comes with a Lifetime warranty which means that if it fades or tarnishes we will exchange it free of charge. Please note that this warranty excludes all defects caused by wear & tear or improper use.

  • How can I return a product that does not fit me?

  • Can I return products bought during a Sale?

    Yes, you can return items bought during Sale period.

  • Can I return my items?

    Do you wish to return one or more of your items? Non-personalised jewelry can be returned within 14 days from its delivery day at own expense (most of the time via letter post with just some stamps). Due to hygienic reasons we only accept unworn jewelry returns.   • What is the warranty period for the jewelry?

    We work with a warranty period of 6 months starting the moment your purchase has been made. We take our quality very seriously and want to guarantee that every issue is individually looked at. So we judge each situation separately to see what’s going on and how we can find a solution. Our Customer support team is always ready to assist you via whatsapp, chat or email.

Payments, Support, & Gifting

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept: Credit Cards, Debit Cards, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Google Payments, Apple Payments. You can also pay in 4 installments using Sezzle in the US, and ClearPay in the UK.

  • What is the purchase currency ?

  • Why can't I find my order confirmation or shipping emails?

    Order confirmation emails are sent automatically immediately after placing the order. Shipping confirmation emails are sent after your order leaves our warehouse. If you cannot find one of these, it's because: a) Order has not been processed yet b) Emails went to your spam inbox, make sure you check there! c) Order has no correct email attached. If you forgot to give us an email or entered your email incorrectly when placing the order, you might not find any updates from us in your inbox. Please contact our support team at support@jewellum.com to attach an email to your order.

  • Do you offer gift wrapping?

    All the orders are packed with wrapping paper and one free jewelry pouch per order to gift or store your favorite pieces. You can find the gift options in the check out box for little birthday cards, gift boxes and other packaging options.

  • Do you offer gift cards and how to use them?

    Yes we do! We sell gift cards with an amount of € 20,00 - € 30,00 - € 40,00 and € 50,00. * You can find the gift cards in this link. * Please note that you can't buy a gift card with a discount code. You can redeem your gift card in the payment section of your order. Apply the code in the Gift Card box and push the arrow button.
